Cannabis Infused Key Lime Pie

Here’s a simple recipe for Cannabis Key Lime Pie:


For the crust:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 6 tablespoons melted cannabis-infused butter

For the filling:
– 3 large egg yolks
– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
– 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
– Zest of 2 key limes

For the whipped cream topping (optional):
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted cannabis-infused butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish, forming an even crust. You can use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a measuring cup to press it firmly.

4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

5. While the crust is cooling, prepare the filling. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

6. Gradually whisk in the key lime juice until well combined. Stir in the zest of the key limes.

7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread it out evenly.

8. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.

9. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.

10. Optional: Just before serving, prepare the whipped cream topping. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

11. Spread or pipe the whipped cream onto the chilled pie.

12. Slice and serve the Cannabis Key Lime Pie chilled. Enjoy responsibly!

Note: Remember to label the pie appropriately if it contains cannabis, especially if there’s a chance it might be consumed by someone who shouldn’t ingest it.
