A great low cal way to snack
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 & 1/2 tablespoons Innocent Infused Coconut Oil
tsp Mortons’ season salt
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Do not exceed medium heat.
Add coconut oil to pan and let melt.
- Add Seasoning
Once oil is melted stick a couple kernels into oil, once they have popped you are ready to add the rest of the kernels.
Add kernels and cover.
When kernels start to pop shake pan every 10 seconds. When popping slows down to every 2-3 seconds remove pan from heat.
Continue to shake pan for additional 20-30 seconds.
