Patty D’s (Sunny’s Mom) Recipe

While visiting my mom before she passed, she made this wonderful meal for Alex and I. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Cannabis-infused Beef Stroganoff can be a delicious twist on the classic dish, adding an extra layer of flavor and perhaps a touch of relaxation. Here’s a basic recipe to get you started:

– 1 pound ground beef Or Tofu, beyond beef etc.
– 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter
– 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 10.5 ounce cans of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– Mortons seasoning salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
– Cooked rice, for serving


1. Heat the cannabis-infused butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the thinly ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.

4. Slowly pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir in the sour cream. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is heated through and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the cannabis-infused beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles or rice, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Remember to dose your cannabis-infused butter carefully, especially if you’re sharing this dish with others who may have different tolerance levels. Enjoy your cannabis-infused twist on a classic comfort food!
